How it's paid
Students will need to register at uni or college before we can make their first payment. They’ll usually do this in the first week of their course and they may have to show their Notification of Entitlement.
We pay any Maintenance Loan directly into the student's bank account in three instalments, usually once at the start of each term.
Students can find their expected payment dates in their online account. If their money isn’t in their account in 3 working days after registering, they should contact their bank before contacting us.
