Help for students

There's lots your students can do through their student finance account. They can sign in to:

  • check what stage their Tuition Fee Loan or Maintenance Loan application is at – they take 6 to 8 weeks to process
  • check how much and when they'll be paid
  • change their university, college or course details
  • change their personal details
  • update their bank details
  • chat with an adviser

The following contact methods are intended for student finance practitioners only. These should not be shared with students or their family members.

 

Festive opening hours

We’ll be taking a break over the festive period. This means our helpline hours will change.

The changes will begin at 12pm on Wednesday 24 December.

We'll return to normal at 10am on Monday 5 January.
