Help for students
There's lots your students can do through their student finance account. They can sign in to:
- check what stage their Tuition Fee Loan or Maintenance Loan application is at – they take 6 to 8 weeks to process
- check how much and when they'll be paid
- change their university, college or course details
- change their personal details
- update their bank details
- chat with an adviser

We’ll be taking a break over the festive period. This means our helpline hours will change.
