Alternative formats

All of our forms are available in alternative formats such as Braille, large print or audio. If a student needs these, they can request them by emailing brailleandlargefont@slc.co.uk with:

  • address
  • details of the format they need

Or they can call 0141 243 3686 (this number is only for alternative format requests).

If they don’t complete the correct form it will delay their application for DSA.
