Students can now apply for postgraduate Master’s and Doctoral Loans for 2024 to 2025.
You should encourage new students to apply online at www.gov.uk/apply-online-for-student-finance.
If students have applied for undergraduate student finance in the past, they can use their existing online account to apply. Otherwise, they will need to create a new account.
Remember, continuing students do not need to re-apply for their funding, it will automatically roll over for their next year. They should sign in to their online account to make sure their information is up to date.
Students applying for the 2024 to 2025 academic year can get:
- a loan of up to £12,471 for a postgraduate Master’s course
- a loan of up to £29,390 for a postgraduate Doctoral course
