If you’re working with students starting a postgraduate Doctoral course this year, make sure they know it’s time to apply for their student finance.
They could get up to £26,445 for their course, as well as extra help if they have a disability.
It’s quick and easy for them to apply online at www.gov.uk/doctoral-loan
Encourage them to apply as early as possible to make sure they get their money in time for the start of their course. If they don’t have a confirmed place at university or college yet, they should use their preferred choice and change it later if they need to.
