COVID-19 Update: Our contact centres have partially re-opened

Following a temporary closure to help our staff adapt to new ways of working, our customer contact centres have now partially re-opened.

 

Although we’re now able to receive calls again, please be aware that we have fewer colleagues answering phones and our lines are busier than usual.  We’ll continue working to restore more of our services over the coming weeks.

 

We are prioritising urgent enquiries so please advise students not to call unless their query is urgent.

 

Please let your students know that they should still apply for full-time undergraduate student finance for academic year 2020 to 2021. Advise them to sign in to their account and apply online now. We are continuing to process applications as quickly as possible.
