We are changing the way we deliver information and guidance to our partners

As part of our commitment to becoming a digital, customer-focused centre of excellence, we are changing the way we deliver information and guidance to our partners. We will continue to add value and support the work of HE and stakeholder organisations while delivering for partners.

The face to face service we currently provide in schools will end (it will continue for universities, colleges and learning providers), and a new online training model will replace it, offering greater flexibility and choice while maintaining quality and consistency.

We will continue to provide online guidance and to facilitate the training of delivery partners on matters of student finance policy, processes and products, in multiple formats to suit all needs and preferences.
